An oberster Stelle steht dabei das IsoSpeed-Gelenk. Hierdurch wird das Sattelrohr vom Oberrohr des Rahmens entkoppelt und die Vibrationen, welche beim Fahren entstehen, verringert. Was bedeutet das f\u00fcr dich in der Praxis? Ein komfortables Fahrgef\u00fchl wird auch auf holprigen Schotterpisten gew\u00e4hrleistet und dein K\u00f6rper erm\u00fcdet nicht so schnell. Aufgefallen sind uns auch die verstellbaren Ausfallenden des Rahmens. Dadurch kannst du nicht nur die Geometrie etwas anpassen, sondern bekommst auch die M\u00f6glichkeit das Trek Gravel-Bike mit einem Singlespeed-Antrieb auszur\u00fcsten. Praktisch sind auch die vielen Montagepunkte f\u00fcr Gep\u00e4cktr\u00e4ger, Schutzbleche, Trinkflaschenhalter und weiteres Zubeh\u00f6r sowie der Schutz Rahmenschutz am Unterrohr. Die Vollcarbon-Gabel komplettiert das Rahmenset des Trek Checkpoint SL5.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\nTrek setzt bei diesem Gravel-Bike zum Teil auf die robusten Shimano GRX Komponenten, welche speziell f\u00fcr den Einsatz bei Mischbedingungen entwickelt wurden. Die Schaltung kommt mit 2&#215;11 G\u00e4ngen daher und sorgt f\u00fcr eine gro\u00dfe \u00dcbersetzungsbandbreite bei feinen Gangabstufungen. Zwar verzichtet Trek hier auf die moderne Variante mit nur einem Kettenblatt, daf\u00fcr d\u00fcrfte das Bike mit der Zweifach-Kurbel vor allem Tourenfahrer \u00fcberzeugen. Ein nettes Detail ist auch die Kurbelarml\u00e4nge, welche bei den zur Verf\u00fcgung stehenden Rahmengr\u00f6\u00dfen angepasst wird. Das Ritzelpaket der Shimano 105 stammt dagegen aus dem Rennrad-Bereich. Dem Einsatzgebiet entsprechend hat Trek dem Gravel-Bike eine hydraulische Shimano RX400 Flatmount-Scheibenbremse verpasst. Diese \u00fcberzeugt mit ausreichend Bremskraft und guter Dosierbarkeit, auch im Gel\u00e4nde. Um die Gel\u00e4ndetauglichkeit zu unterstreichen, werden au\u00dferdem 40 mm breite Reifen auf den 28 Zoll Laufr\u00e4dern von Bontrager eingesetzt. F\u00fcr noch h\u00f6heren Komfort bietet der Rahmen auch Platz f\u00fcr Reifen mit einer Breite von bis zu 45 mm. Auch bei den weiteren Anbauteilen setzt Trek gr\u00f6\u00dftenteils auf die eigene Komponentenmarke Bontrager und das Material Aluminium.
