Von dort aus geht es \u00fcber die M3 weiter nach Constantia, einem s\u00fcdlich liegenden Vorort von Kapstadt, der f\u00fcr seine Weing\u00fcter und die Villenviertel bekannt ist.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kurz nach Constantia geht es runter von der M3 und weiter nach Muizenberg, einem weiteren Vorort von Kapstadt mit einem langen Sandstrand. Tats\u00e4chlich sind am False Bay vor Muizenberg viele wei\u00dfe Haie heimisch, aber um die musst du dir auf dem Fahrrad zum Gl\u00fcck keine Sorgen machen. Die Route verl\u00e4uft weiter durch Kalk Bay und den K\u00fcstenort Fish Hoek.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mittlerweile bist du schon 35 km vom Zentrum Kapstadts entfernt. Danach geht es \u00fcber Glencairn nach Simon\u2019s Town.
